By using North Star App and / or its services, users agree to these terms and conditions including the privacy policy below. We accept no responsibility for any damage or data loss as a result of downloading the App. In the case of ‘jail broken’ phones there is a risk of data breach due to the compromised security on these devices.


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. The data we collect from you, comprising your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number will be solely used to confirm the order process and process the payment. We work with third party providers of technical and payment services. We have put in place measures to prevent your personal data from being lost, accessed, stolen, disclosed or altered. We limit access to your personal data to those employees and other third parties who have a business need to know. All payment transaction processing is encrypted. Your data will not be used for any marketing purposes. Your contact details may be shared with UK government bodies responsible for Tracking and Tracing outbreaks during the Covid.


It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once placed.


If your order is refunded, either because a product is unavailable or as a goodwill gesture it will be processed through the cash desk tills, either by cash or returned to the card used, at the management’s discretion.


Age Policy In order to use our app and / or its services the user must be 16 or over. If any alcoholic drinks are purchased, we operate a Challenge 25 Policy, if you are lucky enough to look under 25, the purchaser and any other consumers in the party must provide valid ID on request.
